By submitting this application, you confirm and agree to the following:
1. Business Intent
- You are applying as a legitimate commercial reseller (this includes registered businesses and active live streamers / rip-and-ship operators who sell trading cards as part of their content creation or business activities).
- You intend to purchase trading cards solely for resale purposes and not for personal collection or consumer use.
2. Wholesale Transaction Terms & Conditions
- All invoices are issued and must be settled in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) only.
- All payments must be made from a bank account clearly associated with your business or streaming operation (personal accounts may be accepted for approved streamers with supporting evidence).
- All orders must meet the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) specified in the relevant preorder offer, price list, or product listing. Orders below the MOQ may be rejected. Failure to comply with these terms may result in order cancellation.
3. Preorder & Offer Expectations
- Included in Email Offers: Email offers will feature products on preorder only. This consists of brands and titles that have stable pricing before the release date e.g. Bandai, Bushiroad, Movic
- Excluded Products: High demand products (e.g. Pokemon) may be excluded from standard wholesale offers due to price volatility.
- Allocations, Shortfalls & Guarantees: We aim to distribute fairly, but we cannot guarantee specific quantities or full requested amounts. Shortfalls or partial fills are common with new releases. No minimum supply guarantees are provided.
- Deposits & Payment Schedule: Preorders usually require a non-refundable deposit at the time of placement. It will be credited towards the remaining balance, which is to be settled after allocations are confirmed (normally 7 to 14 days before arrival). Exact percentages and order deadlines will be clearly stated in each offer.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
We collect the personal and business information provided in this form solely to assess your application, verify your commercial reseller status, process orders, communicate offers, and fulfill our obligations as your supplier.
Your information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or any unrelated purposes, except where required by law or for essential services (e.g., payment processing or shipping partners).
5. General Acknowledgement
- All information provided in this form is true and accurate.
- Submission of this application does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application at our sole discretion, and we may request additional proof of commercial activity (e.g. sales history, or business registration where applicable).
- These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the wholesale account constitutes acceptance of the current version.
