WAIVER AND AGREEMENT

I hereby certify that the information provided above is true and correct. I understand that joining the Badian Fiesta Run involves physical activity and possible risks. I voluntarily agree to participate and confirm that I am physically fit to join the event.
I agree to follow all official rules, guidelines, and decisions made by the Race Organizers and Race Director. I also understand that the organizers shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss, or damage that may occur during the event.

To ensure the safety, fairness, and success of the event, all participants are respectfully required to follow the official rules and regulations stated below:

1. All participants must register before race day.
2. Participants are required to wear their official race bib number at the front during the entire race.
3. Participants must follow the official race route and obey the instructions of the Race Organizers and Marshals.
4. Any winning participant who takes shortcuts or fails to follow the official route will automatically be disqualified.
5. All runners must observe sportsmanship, respect, and discipline toward fellow runners, volunteers, organizers, and spectators.
6. Minors must have parental consent or be accompanied by a guardian during the event.
7. The medical team has the authority to stop any participant if their condition is considered unsafe or dangerous.
8. The organizers will not be responsible for the loss of personal belongings during the event.
9. The Race Organizers and Race Director have the right to disqualify any participant who violates the official rules and regulations.

10. All Participants must send proof of payment and IDs upon submitting registration form.

LOCAL CATEGORY GUIDELINES

The Local Category is open to all participants; however, only legitimate or verified residents of Badian shall be declared as official winners.

RESIDENTS VERIFICATION GUIDELINES:
1. During registration for the Local Category, participants must present a valid ID, Voter’s ID, or any proof confirming that they are residents of Badian.
2. Participants who are under 18 years old must have both parents registered as residents of Badian.
3. If only one parent is a registered resident or voter of Badian, the participant may still join the race; however, they cannot be declared as an official winner in the Local Category.
4. Minors must have parental consent or be accompanied by a guardian during race day.
5. Participants are required to wear the official Fiesta Run Shirt/Singlet during race day and the awarding ceremony as a symbol of support and unity for the Municipality of Badian.
6. Any participant who takes shortcuts or fails to follow the official race route will automatically be disqualified.
7. The Race Organizers and Race Director have the authority to disqualify any participant who violates the official rules and regulations of the Fiesta Run.

8. For 3km local winner, he/she must be 12 yrs old and under. (in respect with local youth participation)
