What Happens Next?
When you click 'Submit' we will be emailed a copy of your booking form. We will then email you back (normally within 48 hours) to confirm the booking and include details on how to pay by bank transfer.
You have until the payment deadline of Friday 17th July to pay. When we recieve your payment we will then email you a confirmation that it has been recieved (normally on the Friday ofter you have paid).
After the payment deadline we will send out a copy of the pick up times, and also post a copy on the Facebook group.
Then simply turn up at the pick up point at the correct time on the day and one of our staff or volunteers will check you onto the bus.
