Festival Event Dates:

April 10, 2027 – May 31, 2027

Artisans participating in the 2027 Scarborough Renaissance Festival must complete and submit this form by June 5, 2026. Contracts will be issued shortly after completed form is received.

Booth fee and maintenance fee invoices will be sent once the signed contract has been received.

Important Dates & Payment Information
- June 5, 2026 - Deadline to submit participation confirmation form
- June 5, 2026 - All contracts will be issued
- June 12, 2026 - All invoices will be issued
- June 22, 2026 - Deadline to receive a $100 discount on fees paid in full
- July 1, 2026 – Monthly $50 late fees begin accruing on unpaid balances
- January 2027 - Selection and payment of add-on options (portable restrooms, internet, gravel, etc.)
