    Elected officials, community leaders, public figures, and invited dignitaries are welcomed to participate in the 6th Annual Pine Hills Parade on December 5, 2026. Please complete all required fields accurately. Final participation details, staging location, arrival time, and parade logistics will be shared with confirmed dignitaries before the event. Participation in the parade does not constitute an endorsement by the Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. or the Pine Hills Parade.   • The undersigned agrees, by signing this form, to indemnify and hold harmless the Orange County Government and the Pine Hills Community Council, Inc., from any and all claims, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, injuries, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including without limitation, attorney's fees, arising out of, resulting from, or occasioned by participation in any activity associated with the Pine Hills Community Council, Inc. I/We further agree to abide by the policies and guidelines established by Orange County for participation in the Pine Hills Day Parade. I/We understand that if at any time during the Parade I/we are not complying with this written agreement, I/we will be asked by law enforcement to immediately exit the parade.
