IMPORTANT - New City of AJ Ordinance for Merch Vendors:
- NO City Business License is required for Merch Vendors attending a Special Event: All event Merch Vendors will now be classified under the promoter's City Business License.
- Merch Vendors will still be required to furnish their State of AZ TPT number.
- The City of Apache Junction MUST be listed on your TPT license in order to sell any merchandise in there jurisdiction.
I understand that a maximum of ten (12) merch vendors will be in attendance and it is First Come, First Served. The first twelve vendors to pay the fee and turn in all applicable requirements will be approved.

- Merch vendor setup time will be from 9:30am to 11:30am
- Please call or text Keith at (520) 840-9154 once at Venue for placement

- Please be onsite no later than 11am so I can get you set. No exceptions.
- A vendor load in map will be provided to you a week prior to the event along with final event details.
- Absolutely NO refunds or exchanges, no exceptions
