As soon as you have appointed a Contractor to build your booth, you need to complete and submit this form with their full contact details. We will then send them the Contractor Manual and Site Plan.

It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to ensure that their Contractor complies with the exhibition regulations, which includes sending a detailed booth plan together with health and safety and insurance details, by completing the Raw Space -Plan Submission Form for approval before Friday 21st August 2026.

Failure to submit plans in time could result in the Organisers being unable to grant permission to build – no booth construction can take place unless written confirmation from the Organisers or their agent has been issued.
