💳 Deposit Requirements

A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to confirm and reserve all grooming appointments. This deposit must be paid prior to scheduling and will be applied toward the total cost of the service. For booking and payment, please contact solmarycuan11@gmail.com

💲 Pricing

I understand that grooming services start at a base price of $135.00 Final pricing may vary depending on my dog’s size, coat condition, length, thickness, matting, behavior, and overall maintenance level. I agree to pay the final price determined after assessment.   

⚠️ Aggressive Behavior

If my dog displays aggressive behavior (including biting, excessive movement, or inability to compIete the services safely understand that an additional $20 handling fee will be applied. Grooming may be stopped at any time for safety reasons.

Aggressive Dog Handling & Early Termination Policy

At Grooming Town, the safety of your pet and our groomers is our top priority.
If a dog displays severe aggression (including but not limited to biting, lunging, snapping, excessive stress, or behavior that puts the groomer at risk), the grooming session will be immediately stopped at the groomer’s discretion.
Please note:

• The full quoted grooming price will still be charged, even if the service cannot be completed.
• This is due to time reserved, travel, handling effort, and risk involved.
• Partial grooming (such as bath, nails, or prep work) may have already been performed prior to stopping.

By booking with us, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have disclosed your dog’s temperament honestly.
• You understand that aggressive behavior may result in early termination of services without refund.
• Future appointments may require special handling fees or may be declined for safety reasons.

We always aim to work patiently and compassionately with every dog, but safety comes first for everyone involved.

⏰ Pick-Up & Late Policy

I agree to pick up my dog on time once notified that grooming is complete. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. After 15 minutes, a $20 late fee will be charged, as delays affect scheduled appointments for other clients.

🐾 General Agreement

I confirm that my dog is fit for grooming and that I have disclosed any behavioral or medical conditions that may affect the service. I understand that Grooming Town prioritizes the safety and comfort of all pets and staff.
