What to Expect Once you submit your inquiry, Riot Luxury will review your event details and reach out within 72 hours with availability, pricing, and next steps. For balloon décor and event installations, a non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date. Your date is not considered booked until the retainer has been received. Retainer amounts vary based on the scope of your event and services selected. Once your date is secured, we’ll move forward with the planning and design process. Depending on your selected services, you may receive a custom design concept or mock-up to ensure the details align with your vision. Custom painted banners are also available as an add-on to your balloon décor or as a standalone service. Banner orders follow their own design and payment timeline, which will be outlined in your quote. Final payment is due before production and/or installation begins. Riot Luxury will not begin production on custom décor until the required balance has been received. Planning Ahead We recommend submitting your inquiry at least 2–3 weeks before your event whenever possible. This allows adequate time for planning, sourcing, design, and production. Events booked within two weeks of the event date may be subject to a rush fee and are accepted based on availability. Rush availability is not guaranteed. Our goal is to make the process feel just as elevated as the finished event—clear, intentional, and designed around you.
