Welcome! Once I receive your order form, I will reach out within 72 hours to provide a quote and confirm your date. A $20 *non-refundable* deposit is due to secure your date and move on to the mock-up stage. *It is important to know you will receive your custom mockup two weeks prior to your event date.* After you have received your custom mockup, you will have two days for revisions and approval. After you have approved the final design, your full invoice is due. *Your painted banner will not begin until the final payment has been received.* *a rush order fee will be added to your order if your event date is within two weeks.*
