  • System Administration & Technology

    Volunteers Needed: 2

    Helps manage the league’s technology and registration systems.

    This committee works behind the scenes to keep registrations, schedules, rosters, websites, and apps running smoothly. They also help troubleshoot tech issues and support coaches and volunteers with league systems.

    Communications & Marketing

    Volunteers Needed: 1 Assistant

    Keeps families informed and helps promote the league.

    This group manages social media, emails, announcements, photos, and league communication. They help showcase our players, teams, sponsors, and events while keeping information clear and consistent.

    Team spotlights
    Newsletters & emails
    Flyers and promotional materials
    Community outreach

    Volunteers Needed: 1 Division Volunteer per division

    Tasks:
    Take or collect photos and/or videos of assigned division
    Upload photos/vidios to shared folder

     
    Field & Facilities Maintenance
    Chair: Mike Holt
    Volunteers Needed: Ongoing volunteers welcome

    Helps keep our fields safe, clean, and game ready.

    This committee works on field prep, maintenance projects, equipment organization, and facility improvements throughout the season.

    Field prep and lining
    Equipment maintenance
    Cleanup projects
    Workdays and repairs
    Facility improvements

    Concessions & Special Events
    Chair: Katrina Skelton
    Volunteers Needed: 1 Concessions Assistant, 1 Events Assistant, 2 Volunteers

    Creates fun experiences for families while supporting league fundraising.

    This committee helps run concessions and organize events throughout the season, including Opening Day, tournaments, and special league activities.

    Decorations and family activities

    Regular Season Game Management
    Chair: Jessica Jacobson
    Coaching Coordinator: Mark Skelton

    Supports smooth and organized game days.

    This committee helps with game operations, rule questions, scheduling support, umpire coordination, and overall game-day communication.

    Postseason Committee

    Helps organize and support all-star and tournament season.

    Sponsorship & Fundraising

    Helps grow league support through partnerships and fundraising.

    This committee works with local businesses, sponsors, and fundraising efforts to help provide resources and improvements for the league.
