By submitting this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
• Vendor fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including cancellation by vendor, weather, emergencies. ($35 a spot)
• This is a rain or shine event unless deemed unsafe by the event host.
• Vendors are responsible for bringing all setup materials including tents, tables, chairs,lighting, etc.
• Tent weights are REQUIRED. Any vendor without proper weights may be asked to leave for safety reasons.
• Vendors are responsible for their own property,insurance , setup, inventory, and any damages caused by their booth or equipment.
• NDE Designs LLC, JT Designs, property owners, and event staff are not responsible for theft, injury, damage, accidents, weather-related loss, or lost/stolen items.
• Vendors must remain set up until the event ends unless approved by the host.
• Set up begins at the assigned time and vendors must be fully ready before the market opens.
• No inappropriate, illegal, hateful, or offensive items may be sold.
• Vendors agree to behave respectfully toward customers, staff, and other vendors. Harassment, excessive drama, rude behavior, or disruption may result in removal from the event without refund.
• Vendors give permission for photos/videos of their booth and products to be used for future event promotions and social media.
• Vendors are encouraged to help promote the event by sharing flyers, event pages, and inviting attendees.
• Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance. Spaces are limited and vendor categories may be capped to avoid too many similar businesses.
