Financial Services Representative (Banking/Credit Union Experience Required)

Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:45am to 5:15pm
About the Role
We’re hiring a Member Services Representative to support our members by phone and in person. This position is a key part of the member experience—answering questions, resolving issues, and handling a wide variety of account service needs.
You'll be the first point of contact in assisting our members with their account needs.
What You’ll Do
Assist members in person and over the phone with account and service needs
Handle member inquiries related to accounts, debit cards, online banking, and general member services
Process account maintenance requests and documentation (updates, changes, forms, etc.)
Research and resolve member issues in a timely, professional manner
Work closely with internal departments to ensure member needs are met
Maintain accurate notes and documentation in member systems
Follow all policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Protect member confidentiality and ensure secure handling of information
Provide a consistently positive, helpful, and professional member experience
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Banking or credit union experience required
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable working in multiple computer systems and performing accurate data entry
Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
Symitar core processing experience (highly preferred)
Experience with account servicing and member support
Familiarity with debit card servicing, online banking support, and account maintenance
Bilingual skills (a plus, not required)
