Liability Waiver & Release
By submitting this application and participating in Common Ground Mercadito, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
I understand that participation in this event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, loss, theft, weather conditions, or accidents that may occur before, during, or after the event.
I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, damages, or losses that may occur to myself, my staff, my property, or my products while participating in Common Ground Mercadito.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Common Ground Mercadito, its organizers, staff, volunteers, venue owners, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the event, including but not limited to injury, loss, or damage of any kind.
I understand that Common Ground Mercadito is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items, nor for any incidents caused by other vendors, attendees, or third parties.
I further agree to comply with all event rules, venue regulations, and applicable local laws, permits, and safety requirements, including any health and safety guidelines.
Vendor Fee Agreement
By accepting a vending spot with Common Ground Mercadito, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Payment Deadline: Vendor fees must be paid within 48 hours of acceptance to secure my spot. Failure to submit payment within this timeframe may result in my spot being released to another vendor. Please commnunicate when payment can be made if there is some kind of delay.
2. Refund & Transfer Policy: All vendor fees are non-refundable. Under specific circumstances and at the discretion of Common Ground Mercadito, fees may be transferred to a future event. Refunds will not be issued.
3. Vendor Fee Breakdown:
• 6x4 space $65
• 10x10 space $85
4. Accepted Payment Methods Vendor fees must be sent via one of the following:

5. Payment Confirmation: When submitting payment, please include business name in the payment notes.
Vendor Set Up & Equipment Policy
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendors are responsible for providing and managing their own setup and breakdown, including but not limited to tables, chairs, racks, signage, displays & equipment. Common Ground Mercadito does not supply tables, chairs, or booth materials. Failure to comply may impact approval for future events.
Photo & Video Release
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Vendors and products may have videos and photos taken during the event, these will be used in marketing for Common Ground Mecadito.
By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Vendor Fees: I understand that all vendor fees are non-refundable. Under specific circumstances and at the discretion of Common Ground Mercadito, fees may be transferred to a future event, but refunds will not be issued.
2. Foot Traffic Disclaimer: I understand that Common Ground Mercadito cannot guarantee or control event attendance or foot traffic. The organizers will make a good-faith effort to promote the event through advertising, social media, and flyering.
3. Promotion Requirement: I agree to help promote the event by sharing at least one post or story on social media and tagging @CGMercadito in all posts related to the event. (minimum 3 posts/stories/reels per event)
4. Clean-Up Responsibility: I agree to clean my area and remove all trash, equipment, and personal items at the conclusion of the event, leaving the space as it was found.
5. Arrival & Event Commitment: I agree to arrive with sufficient time to fully set up before the event start time and to remain set up and open for the entire duration of the event until the official end time.
6. BOOTH SHARING- Booth sharing is allowed and encouraged BUT both businesses MUST submit a seperate application and name sharing business on provided question on previous form. Both businesses MUST be accepted, due to this being an intimate market we encourage applications to submited as soon as possible to enure both businesses can be accepted.
7. Communication: I understand that MOST communication will happen via email, with the chance to possibly be added to a group chat on Instgram a week prior to the event.
