Lounge Reservation Request Form

In order to accommodate your request, please complete and submit this request form at least 2 weeks in advance to reserve a lounge at the Delta Breeze Community Center.
Important Reservation Policies
- All three lounges are available for use at no cost from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- Wingman’s Lounge is not available for rental after 3:00 PM Monday through Saturday due to our standard business hours (Monday-Saturday, 4:30 PM - 10:00 PM).
- Reservations for Silverado or Golden Bear Lounge after 3:00 PM are available Monday through Saturday for a fee of $150, covering a 4-hour reservation period.
- Events with a bartender are available at a rate of $250 for a 4-hour reservation.
- Additional hours beyond the initial 4-hour period are billed at $50 per hour.
