Parent waiver for camp participation: I give my consent and approval for the participation of my child. I certify that my child is physically fit to partake in the activities during the GRIT Defensive Intensive. I, the below signed, release Bigfork School District from all claims on account of injury my child may sustain while on school premise. The below signed will not hold Glacier Sky Athletics, its coaches or volunteers responsible in the event of injury, accident or illness.
In consideration of participation in the Glacier Sky Athletics I agree that their likeness, or the likeness of their child/ward may be photographed or videotaped and that such image may be published in an outlet used to promote or publicize the sports program.
