At Duck Dog Farms, our classes take place in an active outdoor farm environment that includes animals, uneven ground, dirt, weather exposure, natural play materials, and sensory-based activities.

Parents/Guardians understand that:

• Children must remain supervised by their attending adult at all times.
• Appropriate outdoor clothing and closed-toe shoes are strongly encouraged.
• Animal interactions are guided and must be approached respectfully.
• Outdoor play may include mud, water, dirt, insects, and changing weather conditions.
• Duck Dog Farms reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior creates an unsafe environment for others.

I understand that participation in Mommy & Me classes at Duck Dog Farms involves inherent risks associated with outdoor farm environments, animal interactions, movement-based activities, sensory play, and nature exploration.

I acknowledge that while Duck Dog Farms maintains liability insurance and takes reasonable precautions to provide a safe environment, participation is voluntary and carries normal risks associated with farm and outdoor activities.

I agree to release, waive, and hold harmless Duck Dog Farms, its owners, staff, volunteers, and property affiliates from liability for minor injuries, accidents, allergic reactions, or unforeseen incidents that may occur during participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

I understand that I am responsible for supervising my child(ren) during all Mommy & Me classes and events.
