Time for Spring Cleaning! Open those windows and clean out your closets to pull out your gently worn, still fabulous items to sell and become someone elses next treasure! All items to be gently used, clean, and tagged. All-inclusive size, age and sex welcome for apparel & accessories (jewelry, shoes, handbags coats etc!). This event is open to the public and promoted through The Workroom so while vendor trades are allowed, cash money sales are even better!

You MUST be present throughout the duration of the event and ring your own sales, make deals, swap with other vendors etc.

Our desire is to showcase an array of local fashion fun, as such, this application is just that, an application NOT a registration form. No new apparel boutiques or MLM allowed.

Once accepted, you'll receive an email notifying you! At that time you'll be asked to pay $40 per rack/ table spot to secure your space and confirm your participation! These are NOT full booth spaces as we will be along the sidewalk on Douglas and St Francis and want to maximize the space for a wide variety of vendors.

Commonly asked questions:

How will I know if I'm accepted? Once your application is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know we have received it. We will then follow up within 7 days to let you know if you've been selected.

What is the schedule like on the day of the event? In the week leading up to the market, you will receive another email with load in time and instructions.

Do I need to supply my own clothing rack, hangers, or chair/table? Yes! However if need, The Workroom does have limited racks available upon request, first come first serve. PLEASE NOTE if you need a rack and approx size and we will do our best to accomodate. Vendors are responsible to have all items on hangers and priced. No tents allowed.

Can I post about the market on my social media? Yes! We strongly encourage that vendors promote their attendance on their own platforms. We will be promoting you and the event as well, but your following wants to see YOU and may not follow our social media. Make sure they know to find you here!

We will be using pictures of your items on social media to promote the market you signed up for. It is HIGHLY ENCOURAGED that you have pictures of your items and that you send them to us. We can cannot promote YOU if you don't have pictures. 1-3 pictures is reccomended.

I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE FOLLOWING:

Submissions and cancellations are to be submitted in writing no later than 5 days in advance of the event to aid us in the planning of booth assignments/ requests and promotions of the event. All fees are non refundable. If The Workroom cancels due to circumstance including, but not limited to, weather the booth fees will be eligible to be applied to future market or comparable event hosted by The Workroom.
