IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ:

Terms and Conditions

• All participants enter at their own risk
• All participants must abide by all of the firearms safety rules and regulations
• All animals to be taken in a lawful manner
• No large game animals (deer, goats, pigs) to be accepted under 20kgs
• No farmed animals
• All animals to be gutted and throats removed BEFORE WEIGHING YOUR ANIMALS IN. Heads and ears to be intact.
• Stags need balls removed, boars are to be intact. 
• ALL ANIMALS THAT YOUR TEAM ARE WEIGHING IN MUST BE WEIGHED IN AT THE SAME TIME. 1 weigh in per team. 
• All animals are to be caught between Friday 10th July and Sunday 12th July 2026.
• No frozen animals or animals to be caught outside of these times.
• ALL ANIMALS MUST BE LINED UP AND READY FOR WEIGH IN BEFORE 3PM SUNDAY 12TH JULY 2026
• Hinds and sows will not be weighed but will be eligible for a special spot prize draw. Maximum of 2 x hinds and sows per team. 
• Entries close Wednesday 8th July 2026, no phone or late entries will be accepted.
• Names of all participants are to be stated on the entry form
• Firearms licence numbers must be provided for entry into the .22 rifle prize draw. The winner must produce their firearms licence upon drawing of the prize draw. If not, a redraw will take place.
• The organisers shall not be liable for any loss, injury or misadventure
• All participants are responsible for the removal of animal carcasses by 8pm 12th July 2026. 
• The judges decision is FINAL and the judges have the right to refuse any entry or animal they choose
• Payment for entry must be made prior to 3rd July 2026 through Hindon Hall bank account
• Entrants must be at weigh in to recieve any spot prizes otherwise it'll be redrawn.
