  • Complete this form to apply for a Community Booth (information or activities for your non-profit or educational organization) at the 5th annual downtown Roseburg Blocktober Fest. Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a block party presented by NeighborWorks Umpqua set to take place in historic downtown Roseburg. The Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a one-day event to experience much of what Roseburg has to offer in art, music, makers, food, drink, and family fun. Blocktober Fest takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11am –6pm. This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome.

    Please note - this application form is for organizations interested in having a booth (10x10) presence at Blocktober Fest for informational purposes, or as a non-profit organization. This booth space does not include power. If you are interested in selling goods for profit at Blocktober Fest, please complete the 2026 Vendor Application.

    • Cost: There is no vendor fee for non-profit/community partner vendors

    The deadline for applications is August 31st. We will contact you no later than September 1st on your application status. We will do our best to communicate your application status as soon as possible so you can appropriately plan.

If you plan on doing any of the following during your planned fundraiser, you may need a Temporary Permit. Preparing or serving hot/cold food, community vendors offering non-prepackaged meals/snacks for fundraising (e.g. scooping ice cream, popcorn machine, etc.). Please be aware it is your responsibility to obtain the necessary permits.
