Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a block party presented by NeighborWorks Umpqua set to take place in historic downtown Roseburg. The Roseburg Blocktober Fest is a one-day event to experience much of what Roseburg has to offer in art, music, makers, food, drink, and family fun. Blocktober Fest takes place on Saturday, October 3, 2026, from 11am –6pm. This event is free to attend, and all ages are welcome.

- Where: Historic Downtown Roseburg, OR (vendor spaces on Jackson and Main Streets from Lane to Douglas)
- Attractions: Live music, family entertainment, beer and wine garden, local food, local artisan vendors, community partner vendors and activities.
Roseburg Blocktober Fest aims to create a unique atmosphere where the community can experience our expanding downtown atmosphere, music, food, and culture. Last year, so many of you helped make the inaugural Blocktober Fest a huge success, and we hope this year’s Festival can be even better!
If your business is located on SE Jackson or SE Main (between Lane and Douglas), we're offering you a unique opportunity. We invite you to utilize the 10x10 street vendor space located outside of your business, at no charge. This is an excellent way to showcase your products or services to a broader audience. This space will need to include a vendor booth with merchandise or activities. If you've already spoken to us, rest assured your spot is reserved. If you want to confirm or have any questions, do not hesitate to get in touch.
Please Note:
- While the vendor space is free, businesses that sign up and do not show up or fail to activate their space on event day may be ineligible for future participation in Blocktober Fest. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows have a real impact on event logistics and community experience, and we appreciate your follow-through.
- Space is limited, so if you require more than a 10x10 space, additional 10x10 space is available at $50 (50% discount off of our standard vendor fee).
- We do our best to ensure your space is directly outside of your business, but due to power logistics and cars that have not moved on the day of our event, there may be placement adjustments.
