  • 香港青年協會領袖學院現正為2026年暑期學校系列課程招募組長，詳情如下：
    The HKFYG Leadership Institute is currently recruiting Group Leaders for the 2026 Summer School Series, details as follows:

     

    組長責任
    Responsibilities of Team Leaders

    • 於暑期學校中分組帶領8至10位中學生進行訓練
      Lead a group of 8 to 10 secondary school students during the Summer School programme. 

    • 與學員一同留宿及用膳
      Participants are required to stay overnight and dine with the participants.

    • 促進團隊凝聚力，並確保為參與者營造一個和諧及令人投入的學習環境
      Foster team cohesion and ensure that participants are provided with a harmonious and engaging learning environment.

    • 通過活動前後的檢討環節(briefing & debriefing)來促進隊員的個人成長和學習
      Promote participants’ personal growth and learning through pre- and post-activity reflection sessions (briefing & debriefing).

    • 幫助學員加深對暑期學校所講主題的概念及相關問題的理解
      Deepen participants' understanding of the programme themes covered in the Summer School, as well as related topics and questions.

    • 出席所有組長培訓課程
      Fully attend to all training sesions for group leaders

    組長資格
    Requirement of Group Leader

    • 就讀大專或持有大專以上學歷
      Currently enrolled in tertiary education, or holding a tertiary qualification or above.

    • 良好的英語水平及擁有優秀的溝通技巧
      Good command of English and excellent communication skills.

    • 熱衷於與年輕人合作
      Passion for working with young people.

    • 根據不同暑期學校系列活動，組長需具以下條件：
      Depending on the different Summer School series activities, Group Leaders are required to meet the following criteria:

      未來法律領袖:模擬法庭暑期學校
      Future Legal Leader: Moot Court Summer School      		  

      - 優先考慮修讀法律科目的大專生
      Priority will be given to university students majoring in disciplines related to Law are welcome.
      - 過往曾參與模擬法庭或辯論比賽將獲優先考慮
      Prior experience in moot court competitions or debates will be given priority consideration.

      全球公共衛生暑期高峰會
      Global Public Health Summer Summit

      - 優先考慮修讀公共衛生或國際關係相關科目的大專生
      Priority will be given to university students majoring in disciplines related to Public Health or International Relations.

      - 具備模擬國際會議經驗者將獲優先考慮
      Applicants with prior experience in simulated international conferences will be given priority consideration.

      英語主播訓練暑期學校
      English News Anchors Summer School

      - 優先考慮修讀新聞、傳播、英語、教育或相關科目的大專生
      Priority will be given to university students majoring in Journalism, Communication, English, Education, or related disciplines.

      - 具備新聞播報、校園電視台、辯論或公開演講經驗者將獲優先考慮
      Applicants with prior experience in news anchoring, campus TV, debating, or public speaking will be given priority consideration.
