Positions & Descriptions*

Marketing Director
- Create in-person and online marketing strategies
- Know how to use a graphic design tool (e.g. Canva)
- Manage and design posts for the AOC Instagram page
IT Director
- Develop and manage the AOC website
- Work with districts to regularly update the website
- Be proficient in using WIX
Project Director
- Track project progress and materials across districts
- Develop organization-wide project themes and ideas
- Work closely with IT and Marketing
Finance Director
- Organize fundraisers and apply to grants for funding
- Manage and track transactions for the AOC bank account
- Make reimbursements and donations
Human Resources Director
- Manage and onboard execs and members
- Hold interviews for prospective executives
- Address emails fast and professionally
District Director
- Directly organize and operate local events
- Work with local government and NPOs to establish support and partnerships
- Recruit and stay connected with members and volunteers
- Oversee any clubs in your respective district
