CONSENT IS MANDATORY

Get permission before you touch someone else! No means NO. "I don't know" means no. "Maybe Later" is also a no. If you are swinging with a couple and one party says no, do yourself a favor and consider that BOTH parties saying no and move on. If they are too drunk to stand up, walk, or are clearly over served then let's also consider that a NO. 

GENERAL RULES

• NO NUDITY POLICY. Nipples and genitalia must be covered in the party room and in public areas of the hotel.
• Hate Speech, judgement of bodies or kinks is not tolerated.
• Don't over drink. SHYFT and hotel staff reserve the right to deny bar service and/or dismiss individuals who are over served.
• NO smoking in the building at all!
• Shyft, the Hotel, The Hosts, and Organizers are not responsible for ANY loss, theft, damage, bodily harm, or injury, hurt feelings, insult, or offense Of any Kind.
• The selling or use of illegal drugs at this event is prohibited.
• Sexual acts are prohibited inside party.
• ANYONE violating behavioral rules will be banned and removed.

CANCELLATION

• Hotel rooms can be cancelled up to October 15 by emailing admin@shyftls.com
• Party ticket purchases are NOT REFUNDABLE
• If you purchase a Party Plus ticket, and then cancel your Hotel room, you will be responsible for the remainder of the door ticket rate for party entry.
