    Applicaitons are accepted year-round and close annually on 30 June for review and selection.  Award recipients will be recognized at the annual IODA Conference.

  • Detail About the Nature of Your Work (submit separately or attach additional sheets if more space is required). Please describe the nature of your work. Include information addressing the following facets as applicable:

    • Front-line contributions assisting individuals, communities, or nations in healing and reconciliation
    • The potential for replication or expansion and application to other locations / countries / conflicts
    • Contributions that enhance human dignity and rational dialogue
    • Advances in conflict resolution theory and practice incorporating organization development principles and values
    • Innovative advancements in organization development and conflict resolution
