     :نشكر لك اهتمامك ببرنامج الدبلوم المهني في التعليم، تجد أدناه معايير القبول في برنامج الدبلوم

          امتلاك الدرجة الجامعية الأولى-

          أن يكون معلّمًا على رأس عمله-

          أن يكون لديه معرفة أساسية بمهارات التكنولوجيا-

          أن يلتزم بتوفير (صديق ناقد) لدعمه أثناء رحلة الدراسة في الدبلوم-

    (الصديق الناقد)

    تعتمد متطلبات الدبلوم على ترشيح معلّم آخر من داخل مدرسته ليكون(الصديق الناقد) الذي يقدم المساعدة والدعم للمعلّم المشارك خلال دراسة الدبلوم، وسيخض (الصديق الناقد) إلى برنامج تدريبي إلكتروني مدته أسبوع يتم فيه التركيز على مهارات الدعم والتوجيه والإرشاد، ليتمكن من مساعدة ودعم المعلّم المشارك في الدبلوم، ويتم اختيار (الصديق الناقد) من قبل المعلّم الملتحق بدراسة الدبلوم ومن نفس مدرسته.

    معايير اختيار (الصديق الناقد)

    المعايير الإرشادية الواجب توفرها في المعلّم الموجّه (الصديق الناقد) الذي سيقدم الدعم للمعلّم الذي يدرس الدبلوم المهني كالآتي:

    - خبرة في مجال التدريس لا تقل عن 5 سنوات

    - تخصص المعلّم الموجه نفس تخصص المعلّم المرشح للدبلوم

    - القدرة على استخدام أدوات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات

    - متأمل ولديه استعداد لقبول التحدي

     يمتلك مهارات الاتصاول التواصل -

    Thank you for your interest in the Professional Diploma in Education.
    Below are the admission criteria for the program:

    - Holding at least a bachelor’s degree.
    - Being a currently practicing teacher.
    - Having basic knowledge of technology skills.
    - Commitment to providing a Critical Friend to support you during your diploma journey.


    The Critical Friend:
    The diploma requirements include nominating another teacher from your school to act as your Critical Friend, who will provide help and support during your diploma studies. The Critical Friend will undergo a one-week online training program focusing on skills of support, guidance, and mentoring to enable them to effectively assist the participating teacher. The Critical Friend is chosen by the diploma candidate and must be from the same school.

    Criteria for Selecting the Critical Friend
    The guiding criteria for the teacher mentor (Critical Friend) who will support the participating teacher in the Professional Diploma are as follows:

    - At least 5 years of teaching experience.
    - The mentor’s specialization matches the candidate’s specialization.
    - Ability to use information and communication technology tools.
    - Reflective and willing to take on the challenge.
    - Possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills.
