AHM Occupational Health & Wellbeing - This award recognises a Kent employer with a strong and active approach to health, safety and wellbeing that is embedded in their culture. Judges are looking for evidence that staff wellbeing is valued at all levels of the business and supported through clear actions, policies, and initiatives that go beyond minimum requirements where possible.

Business Woman of the Year - Please explain how you have made a positive impact within your business or industry through leadership, innovation, determination and support for others or the wider community.

Construction Business of the Year - Please explain what makes your business stand out in the construction industry. Include examples of project delivery, innovation, sustainability, company culture, growth and your future vision for the business.

Creative, Digital & Innovation - Please explain your innovation, creative approach, or digital expertise and the impact it has had on your business, customers, or clients. Include any examples of growth, successful campaigns, technical excellence, or market impact.

Customer Service - Please explain your approach to customer service, how you maintain high standards across your team, and the impact this has had on customer satisfaction and business success. Include examples of customer feedback where possible.

Family Business - Please explain how family values have shaped your business, how decisions are made and how you balance family and business interests. Include details of growth, achievements, challenges overcome, and future plans for the next generation.

Best Hospitality, Leisure & Tourism / Best Food & Drink Producer - Please explain how your business delivers an outstanding customer experience, supports the local community and continues to grow or innovate within your sector.

Medium Business of the Year (Over 50 Employees) COUNTYWIDE - Please explain your business growth and achievements over the past 12 months. Include leadership, customer engagement, staff development, business improvements and how you measure success.

Small Business Award (10–50 Employees) - Please explain how your business has grown, including leadership, business performance, improvements made and any challenges you have successfully overcome.

Start-Up - Please tell us about your business journey so far, including your growth, any key successes, challenges overcome and what makes your business stand out in the market.

Sustainable & ESG Business of the Year - Please explain how your business has embedded sustainability and ESG into its operations, culture and future plans, including any environmental or community impact achieved.
