1. We reserve the right to modify the travel program as deemed appropriate according to the situation. In doing so, we prioritize safety and the utmost benefit of our clients without prior notice. บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการแก้ไขโปรแกรมการเดินทางตามความเหมาะสมตามสถานการณ์ โดยบริษัทฯจะให้ความสำคัญกับความปลอดภัยและประโยชน์สูงสุดของลูกค้า โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า
2. We reserve the right to cancel the trip if the minimum number of participants is not met. In such cases, we will refund the entire deposit. บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการยกเลิกการเดินทางหากจำนวนผู้เข้าร่วมไม่ถึงขั้นตํ่าที่กำหนด ในกรณีนี้บริษัทฯจะคืนเงินมัดจำทั้งหมด
3. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances if a participant wishes to cancel the trip for personal reasons. บริษัทฯจะไม่คืนเงินในทุกกรณีหากผู้เข้าร่วมต้องการยกเลิกการเดินทางเพราะเหตุผลส่วนตัว
4. If full payment for the program has been made and a cancellation is requested, you will receive a refund of the remaining amount, minus non-refundable expenses such as program deposits, flight ticket deposits, visa fees, entrance ticket deposits, tuition fees, and other expenses incurred by us on behalf of airlines, embassies, and other relevant organizations. All refunds shall be subject to the conditions below and the terms of relevant service providers. หากท่านได้ชำระค่าใช้จ่ายในโปรแกรมเต็มจำนวนแล้วและต้องการยกเลิก ท่านจะได้รับเงินคืนจากส่วนที่เหลือโดยหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้ เช่น ค่ามัดจำโปรแกรม ค่ามัดจำตั๋วเครื่องบิน ค่าวีซ่า ค่ามัดจำตั๋วเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยว ค่าเรียนและค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่บริษัทฯจ่ายให้แก่สายการบิน สถานทูต และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เป็นต้น ทั้งนี้การคืนเงินจะเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขด้านล่างและเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.1. The deposit amount of THB 5,000 is non-refundable under any circumstances, including in the case of visa refusal. However, it may be credited toward a future program or transferred to another participant, subject to prior written agreement and consideration on a case-by-case basis. ค่ามัดจำจำนวน 5,000 บาท ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ รวมถึงกรณีที่วีซ่าถูกปฏิเสธ อย่างไรก็ตาม อาจมีการ เก็บไว้ใช้ในครั้งถัดไป หรือ โอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่น ได้ โดยต้องมี ข้อตกลงล่วงหน้าเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษร และพิจารณาเป็น กรณีไป
4.2. In cases where a one-time full payment is made without a separate deposit, 5,000 THB is treated as a deposit and is non-refundable under any circumstances in the event of cancellation. ในกรณีที่มีการชำระเงินเต็มจำนวนโดยไม่มีการเรียกเก็บค่ามัดจำแยกต่างหาก บริษัทฯ จะถือว่าเงินจำนวน 5,000 บาทเป็นค่ามัดจำ ซึ่ง ไม่สามารถขอคืนได้ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆ หากมีการยกเลิกและจะหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วทั้งหมด
4.3. If cancellation is notified at least 45 days before departure, the participant may be eligible to receive up to 100% refund of the remaining amount after deduction of all non-refundable and incurred costs. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทางอย่างน้อย 45 วัน ผู้เข้าร่วม อาจมีสิทธิ์ได้รับเงินคืนสูงสุดไม่เกิน 100% ของจำนวนเงินส่วนที่เหลือ หลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วทั้งหมด
4.4. If cancellation is notified at least 30 days before departure, the participant may be eligible to receive up to 30% refund of the remaining amount after deduction of all non-refundable and incurred costs. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทางอย่างน้อย 30 วัน ผู้เข้าร่วม อาจมีสิทธิ์ได้รับเงินคืนสูงสุดไม่เกิน 30% ของจำนวนเงินส่วนที่เหลือ หลังหักค่าใช้จ่ายที่ไม่สามารถเรียกคืนได้และค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วทั้งหมด
4.5. No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 30 days before the departure date. หากแจ้งยกเลิกก่อนวันเดินทางน้อยกว่า 30 วัน ท่านจะไม่ได้รับเงินคืน
5. Refunds for expenses already incurred and services paid for shall be subject to the policies of the respective travel agents, airlines, and other relevant entities. The company reserves the right to determine and deduct such expenses based on actual costs incurred and in accordance with the terms of relevant service providers. Certain cost details may not be disclosed due to commercial confidentiality. การขอคืนเงินสำหรับค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นแล้วจะเป็นไปตามนโยบายของตัวแทนท่องเที่ยว สายการบิน และหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณาและหักค่าใช้จ่ายดังกล่าวตามที่เกิดขึ้นจริง และตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยอาจไม่เปิดเผยรายละเอียดบางส่วนเนื่องจากเป็นข้อมูลทางการค้า
6. Expenses and service fees will be calculated based on current exchange rates and airfare prices. We reserve the right to adjust service fees in response to changes in fees, currency fluctuations, or other relevant factors. ค่าใช้จ่ายและค่าบริการจะถูกคำนวณตามอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนและราคาตั๋วเครื่องบินปัจจุบัน บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับเปลี่ยนราคาค่าบริการ ในกรณีที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงค่าธรรมเนียม การประกาศลดค่าเงินบาท หรือ อัตราแลกเปลี่ยนที่เปลี่ยนแปลง
7. The company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expenses arising from force majeure events beyond its control, including but not limited to flight cancellations, airline delays, natural disasters, epidemics, government orders, airspace closures, strikes, or other unforeseen events. Such events may result in changes or cancellation of the program, and no claims for compensation or damages may be made against the company. In such cases, the company reserves the right to determine appropriate arrangements or remedies at its sole discretion, taking into account the circumstances, costs incurred, and applicable third-party conditions. บริษัทฯไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายหรือค่าใช้จ่ายใดๆ ที่เกิดจากเหตุสุดวิสัยที่อยู่นอกเหนือการควบคุมของบริษัทฯ เช่น การยกเลิกเที่ยวบิน ความล่าช้าของสายการบิน ภัยธรรมชาติ โรคระบาด คำสั่งภาครัฐ การปิดน่านฟ้า การนัดหยุดงาน หรือเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่สามารถคาดการณ์ได้ เหตุการณ์ดังกล่าวอาจส่งผลให้เกิดการเปลี่ยนแปลงหรือยกเลิกโครงการ และผู้เข้าร่วมไม่สามารถเรียกร้องค่าเสียหายใดๆ จากบริษัทฯได้ ในกรณีดังกล่าว บริษัทฯขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการพิจารณากำหนดแนวทางหรือมาตรการที่เหมาะสมตามดุลยพินิจของบริษัท โดยคำนึงถึงสถานการณ์ ค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นจริง และเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8. If you choose not to utilize any services, whether in part or in full, during the program, you forfeit the right to claim any refunds. หากท่านไม่ใช้บริการใดๆไม่ว่าทั้งหมดหรือบางส่วนในขณะที่เข้าร่วมโครงการ ถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์ไม่สามารถเรียกร้องเงินคืนได้
