1. The Foster may not sell or give away the dog while fostering. The foster agrees to reach out via email or text if there are any issues with the foster dog.
2. If any emergency medical needs arise, the Fosterwill take the foster dog to the nearest veterinarian for stabilization and then call Little Muzzles Rescue. After stabilization, the rescue will pick up the animal and provide further veterinary care under the rescue's chosen veterinary supervision.
3. If the foster dog gets lost or runs away, the foster must use every available means to locate the dog, including making and distributing flyers and posting notices. The Foster must email Little Muzzles Rescue if the foster dog runs away.
4. If the foster determines the dog is not a good fit for their home, they must contact the rescue immediately. If the foster is out of state, they must allow up to one week for the rescue to arrange transport. If the foster is in state, the foster must return the dog to the rescue immediately.
5. The foster agrees to keep the foster dog's name the same unless they are adopting the dog themselves.
