No Kid Hungry — Bay Area Family Casting

All of Us Casting is partnering with the non-profit No Kid Hungry to share real stories of San Francisco Bay Area families who use SNAP / CalFresh. We're looking for three families to feature on camera, documentary style— filmed at home, and at a local grocery store.

Who we're looking for: SF Bay Area families who currently use SNAP / CalFresh, are comfortable being filmed at home, and want to share their story.

Shoot dates: Wednesday June 17, Thursday June 18, and Friday June 19, 2026. June 19 (Juneteenth) is fully available for filming. We may also need an afternoon on June 17 or 18 — confirmed next week.

Compensation: $500 per family if selected.

Useage: Global, in perpetuity. No Kid Hungry is a non-profit.

This short form takes about 10 minutes. Your information stays confidential and is used only for casting.

Upload 5 - 8 current photos.

Photos must be recent AND reflect your current look and hairstyle.
Candid, everyday photos are preferred. 

• NO professional headshots.
• NO filters. NO editing, NO A.I.  We need to see your natural appearance.
• Please take new photos on your phone if you don’t have anything current.

VIDEO UPLOAD

Record a 2–3 minute video (phone is fine) —  introducing your family. Try to film everyone together — sitting on a couch or  in your living room usually works best. Hit record, and talk through the prompts below:

• Who's in your family? (names and ages)
• Have you or your family used SNAP / CalFresh?  If so, what does it mean for your family? Is it helpful? 
• What does a typical meal or grocery run look like at your house?

If your family is selected and filmed, you'll receive $500 paid by production. This compensation is separate from your SNAP / CalFresh benefits and won't affect them. Usage terms are global, in-perpetuity
