  • Attendee Information

  • We need to collect the names, positions, and email addresses of each attendee from your school. We will use this information for the name badges and for Whova access. For your convenience, we have created 2 spreadsheet options for entering attendee information more easily - one for those with Google accounts and one for those using Excel.

    Google Sheet

    • Open the Google Sheet and select the blue USE TEMPLATE button.
    • Enter your school name in the white cell in the School Name column.
      the other school name cells will populate automatically later
    • Enter each attendee's First Name, Last Name, Position, and Email address.
      can be copy/pasted from another source or manually entered
    • Download the file as .csv format.
      File -> Download -> Comma Separated Values (.csv)
    • Upload the .csv file below.

    Excel

    • Download the Excel file and open it in Excel.
    • Enter your school name in the white cell in the School Name column.
      the other school name cells will populate automatically later
    • Enter each attendee's First Name, Last Name, Position, and Email address.
      can be copy/pasted from another source or manually entered
    • Download the file as .csv format.
      File -> Save As; Under the file name box, change from Excel Workbook to CSV (Comma delimited) (*.csv)

    Registration before September 1, 2026 $65
    Late Registration on or after September 1, 2026 $75

    Completion - Registration is not complete until full payment of participation fees has been received.

    Lunch Boxes - Lunches are available for $13 each.

    Changes Policy - Cancellations made by September 15, 2026 will be refunded $25 per person. After September 15, 2026 there will be no refunds available.
