Synopsis: This seminar equips church leaders to communicate a Biblical worldview of marriage in a way that is intelligible, credible, and compelling to the next generation. In a postmodern context where marriage & parenthood has lost moral authority and cultural relevance, the church is challenged to address upstream formation issues - integrated discipleship, sexual ethics, and family life, not merely downstream marital crises.
Marriage is presented not only as a private covenant, but as a public good and spiritual witness: a lived apologetic that shapes how young people understand love, sex, commitment, and human flourishing.
Speaker: Glenn T. Stanton is a Christian author, researcher, and international speaker who has authored nine books. He frequently lectures churches and universities worldwide, equipping Christians to engage thoughtfully on marriage, parenting, and family through a blend of sociological research and biblical insight.
Moderator: Delia Ng, CEO of Focus on the Family Singapore
