Detailed information about each award category is available on the SOFT website. Please complete the nomination form linked below to submit your nomination.

Eligibility:
All nominees and nominators must be current SOFT members. Self-nominations will not be accepted.

Deadline:
Nominations must be submitted by June 30, 2026. 

Each nomination must include:

• Selection of an award category
• A written rationale for the nomination (max 1,000 words)
• A resume, CV, or relevant professional background information for the nominee

Optional supporting materials:

• Up to two letters of support (each not to exceed 1,000 words)
• Support letters may be written by non-SOFT members
• Letters exceeding the word limit will not be considered

Rationale for Nomination – Required

Please provide a detailed explanation of how the nominee meets the award criteria. You may type or paste your response in the box below, or upload a separate document.

In addition, please upload a resume, CV, or document outlining the nominee’s professional background to support your nomination.

Letters of Support – Optional

You may include up to two letters of support with your nomination. Each letter must not exceed 1,000 words; letters that exceed this limit will not be considered. Letters of support do not need to be written by SOFT members.
