1. Prepare Information
- Submit scaled drawings (.DWG/.PDF preferred)
- Provide ceiling types, heights, and materials
- Include plenum heights (for sound masking)
- Define space usage (paging, BGM, etc.)
- Identify system needs: Zones, Inputs/sources, Paging devices (VoIP/mics)
2. Submit Request
- Complete all required information
- Attach drawings
- Use and reply within the original case email chain
- Respond quickly to follow-up requests
3. Receive Design Package
- Speaker layout drawings
- Signal flow / one-line diagram
- Equipment list (BOM)
4. Update Project Status
- Report project outcome: Won / Lost / Pending
- Helps improve future support and turnaround times
