  • 26-27 Relentless Sports Academy Force Travel Baseball/Softball Tryouts

    We are excited that you are interested in trying out for one of our Relentless Force Travel Teams. We have an amazing 10,000 square foot facility, access to our professional instructors, and practice fields for Fall/Spring 2026-2027. We have high expectations for our program coaches and players. While we focus on improving and developing players, we also strongly believe that a program should be so much more than just Baseball and softball. We teach character, sportsmanship and resilience. We strive to teach mental toughness and provide players the tools and skills to deal with failure and setbacks. We are imperfect and constantly looking to improve, we think that the players are that way too, and we are a-ok with that! We also believe in recognizing that all players are unique, and we work to not only add new skills but really develop those that come to each player naturally. We work hard to make sure our players appreciate the game and understand that playing is a privilege. We would love to have you join our Relentless Family. We choose to not charge for tryouts, but we do ask that you respect the time and dedication of our staff and coaches. We put a lot of planning into our tryouts, so if you decide that your player will not be trying out, please kindly let us know ahead of time. ***PLEASE NOTE THE TRYOUT LOCATION WHEN CHOOSING YOUR DATE- YOU WILL RECEIVE A REMINDER EMAIL A DAY BEFORE THE TRYOUTS AS WELL. * High School age tryouts will be posted later this month.

    Please note that players Baseball tryout age is based on the players age on April 30, 2027, not necessarily the age they are currently.  Players cannot play down, grade level exceptions will be discussed on a one on one basis. Softball players cannot turn 11 before August 31, 2027.

  • Liability Waiver and Release -please sign below to acknowledge the Waiver for your player.

    Release: In consideration of standard sports risks and hazards and in consideration of the fact that I am willingly and voluntarily participating in the activities organized by 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy, I, the undersigned hereby release 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions or rights of action, which are related to, arise out of, or are in any way connected with my participation in this activity, including those allegedly attributed to the negligent acts or omissions of the above mentioned parties. This agreement shall be biding upon me, my successors, representatives, heirs, executors, assigns, or transferees. If any portion of the agreement in held invalid, I agree that the remainder of the agreement shall remain in full legal force and effect. If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I also give full permission for an y person connected with 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy to administer first aid deemed necessary, and in case of serious illness or injury, I give permission to call for medical and or surgical care for the child and to transport the child to a medical facility deemed necessary for the well being of the child. Indemnification: The participant recognizes that there is risk involved in the types of activities offered by 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy. Therefore the participant accepts financial responsibility for any injury that the participant may cause either to him/herself or to any other participant due to his/her negligence. Should the above mentioned parties, or anyone acting on their behalf, be required to incur attorney’s fees and costs to enforce this agreement, I agree to reimburse them for such fees and costs. I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless House of Each, their principals, agents, employees, and volunteers from liability for the injury or death of any person(s) and damage to property that may result form my negligent or intention act or omission while participating in activities offer by 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy. I have read and understood the foregoing assumption of risk, and release of liability and I understand that by signing it obligates me to indemnify the parties named for any liability for injury or death of any person and damage to property caused by my negligent or intentional act or omission. I understand that by signing this form I am waiving valuable legal rights.I GIVE permission for MY CHILD(REN) to be photographed/videotaped by 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy. while participating in programs and activities. I agree to allow 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy. to use for marketing, publicity and promotional purposes videos and photos of MY CHILD(REN) in print and electronic forms of media, including without limitation social media (including without limitation Facebook and Instagram). I agree that MY CHILD(REN)’s image can be used for an unlimited number of times, without compensation to me or my spouse. I hereby release the 4KD Athletics, LLC d/b/a Relentless Sports Academy. from any liability that may occur as a result of publication of MY CHILD(REN)’s image in photos and videos.
