  • The LGBTQ+ Flowers Awards, organised by The Collaborative Network
    to celebrate the remarkable achievements within our community.

    These awards are more than just accolades; they serve as a powerful platform to build and strengthen our networks through the medium of recognition and peer support. By highlighting the exceptional contributions of LGBTQ+ individuals and allies, we aim to foster a sense of unity and collaboration.

    We invite you to submit a nomination for yourself, a friend, colleague or a business in one of our 15 awards categories join us in this celebration, to recognise the positive impact made by our peers, and to contribute to the growth and cohesion of our vibrant community.

    Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email with a link
    to allow you to make edits to your entry.

    You can enter more than one category but please complete a new nomination
    for each category and ensure that the supporting information is
    relevant to the category.

    DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES MIDNIGHT, FRIDAY 14TH AUGUST 2026

     

    Finalists will be selected by a judging panel and winners will be decided through a combination of an awards judging panel and a public vote.

    Winners will be revealed at the awards ceremony on Friday 16th October 2026.

  • LGBTQ+ Business of the Year

    Recognising an outstanding LGBTQ+ owned business that has demonstrated strong growth, innovation, and positive impact within its industry and the wider community. This award celebrates businesses that combine commercial success with visible leadership and advocacy for LGBTQ+ inclusion.

  • LGBTQ+ Startup of the Year

    For emerging LGBTQ+ owned businesses operating for less than three years that show strong potential, innovation, and early success. This category highlights the next generation of LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.

  • LGBTQ+ Inclusive Workplace Award

    Celebrating business and organisations that have created an exceptional workplace culture where LGBTQ+ employees feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive. This includes policies, benefits, leadership commitment, and everyday actions that promote inclusion.

  • LGBTQ+ Hospitality & Events Business Award

    Recognising an LGBTQ+ owned or inclusive business in hospitality, nightlife, travel, or events that creates welcoming and memorable experiences for the community. This includes venues, event producers, caterers, travel companies, and Pride-related events.

  • LGBTQ+ Professional Services Award

    Celebrating excellence among LGBTQ+ owned or inclusive businesses in professional sectors such as law, finance, marketing, consulting, HR, recruitment, or business services.

  • LGBTQ+ Health & Wellbeing Excellence Award

    Recognising a business, organisation, or professional delivering outstanding health, wellness, or wellbeing services that support the LGBTQ+ community. This may include mental health services, inclusive healthcare providers, fitness and wellness brands, sexual health initiatives, coaching, or holistic wellbeing practices. Judges will look for organisations that prioritise accessibility, inclusivity, and measurable positive impact on LGBTQ+ health outcomes.

  • LGBTQ+ Ally of the Year

    Recognising an individual who has shown meaningful and sustained support for the LGBTQ+ community. This could be partnerships with LGBTQ+ organisations, advocacy for equality, inclusive practices or creating safe spaces.

  • LGBTQ+ Community Impact Award

    Honouring a business or organisation that has made a significant contribution to the LGBTQ+ community through initiatives, partnerships, fundraising, or advocacy that improves lives and strengthens community support networks.

  • LGBTQ+ Diversity Champion Award

    Awarded to a business or community leader who actively promotes diversity and equality, influencing their sector or community to become more inclusive.

  • LGBTQ+ Creative & Cultural Excellence Award

    Celebrating LGBTQ+ businesses or organisation in creative industries such as media, design, arts, events, fashion, and entertainment that use creativity to inspire audiences and elevate LGBTQ+ voices.

  • LGBTQ+ Social Enterprise Award

    Honouring organisations that operate with a clear social mission while generating sustainable income, particularly those addressing LGBTQ+ equality, support, or community development.

  • LGBTQ+ Person with Purpose Award

    Recognising a person who is passionate about social change and improving the lives of individuals and communities dedicating time, skills and energy to make a lasting impact on society and LGBTQ+ inclusion.

  • LGBTQ+ Rising Star Award

    Highlighting an emerging LGBTQ+ professional, founder, business or community leader who is already making a significant impact.  Open to individuals under the age of 30.

  • LGBTQ+ Entrepreneur of the Year

    Awarded to an inspiring LGBTQ+ founder who has built or grown a business through creativity, resilience, and leadership. Judges will look for entrepreneurial vision, innovation, and influence within the LGBTQ+ community.

  • LGBTQ+ Lifetime Achievement Award

    Honouring an individual who has made a long-standing and significant contribution to LGBTQ+ business, leadership, advocacy, or community impact.

  • Please tell us about the individual / business / group that you are nominating and their achievements in relation to the awards you are entering.

    NOMINATIONS
    Information submitted as part of the awards entry will be shared with the awards judges for the purpose of selecting finalists and winners.  

    Judging of the awards to open for entry to select finalists will be based on the information provided in this entry form only. All judges decisions are final. Winners will be decided through a combinations of a judging panel and a public vote.

    If selected as a finalist, information submitted as part of the awards entry will be used as part of the event scripting and may be used as part of the event promotion.  Please therefore inform us if any information is of a senstivie nature and should not be shared, by email to katie@coolbreezeagency.com no later than 5pm on 14th August 2026.

    We are unable to provide feedback on individual nominations.

    TICKET SALES
    All finalists will have the opportunity to purchase tickets to attend the awards ceremony.  Tickets will be priced at £95 per person. 
    A percentage of every ticket sale helps to pay forward and cover the cost of a limited number of complimentary tickets that we will be able to offer, ensuring that community champions and grassroots advocates can attend and be recognised for their contributions.

    One complimentary ticket per nominee would be available for the following categories only:

    LGBTQ+ Community Impact Award
    LGBTQ+ Rising Star Award
    LGBTQ+ Person with Purpose Award
    LGBTQ+ Diversity Champion Award

    To be eligible for a complimentary ticket, nominees must:

    • Be nominated as an individual rather than representing a commercial organisation.
    • Demonstrate a significant contribution to the LGBTQ+ community through voluntary, charitable, community-led or advocacy work.
    • Not be attending as part of a paid corporate table or organisation-funded booking.
    • Be actively involved in grassroots community activity where the cost of attendance may otherwise present a barrier.
    • Be approved by the FLOWERS Awards organisers, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis to ensure fairness and sustainability.

    Additional information
    One complimentary ticket is available, per eligible nominee. 
    Additional guests, friends, family members or colleagues must purchase a standard ticket. Complimentary tickets are non-transferable and have no cash value. If a nominee is awarded a complimentary ticket and their nomination is subsequently moved to a different category by the FLOWERS Awards organisers, the complimentary ticket remains valid and is unaffected by the category change, subject to these terms and conditions. Complimentary tickets are awarded on an individual basis and are subject to eligibility criteria and organiser approval. The award of a complimentary ticket to one nominee does not automatically entitle another nominee to receive one. The Collaborative Network CIC reserves the right to make all final decisions regarding complimentary ticket allocations.
