    Hingetown: Along Church Ave.

    This is a one-day, outdoor, street market held on Church Ave in Hingetown. This event is hosted by the neighborhood to celeberate and open the new Hingetown Park and supported by Ghost Market CLE.

    We [Ghost Market] are excited to activate the new community space and showcase a variety of local businesses. 

    Vendors will be set up at on Church Ave. from the parking lot across from Harness Cycle (slightly west of W. 29th) to in front of the Hangars at W. 28th. 

    The event runs from 5-9, set up starts at 3p.

    Set-up & Tear Down:
    Vendors can arrive as early as 3:00 PM and as late as 4:00 PM. YOU MUST BE SET UP BY 4:30 PM.

    If you are going to be late, it is important to contact Anna or Tess. 

    The event ends at 9:00 PM. It's possible that we will end earlier if the crowd dwindles.  Please DO NOT start to pack up until the Ghost Market team gives you the go-ahead.

    Booth Fee: $50 

    To be paid 1 week after acceptance emails are sent, when signing the vendor agreement via Jotform. 

    Booth Info:

    Each vendor will get a 10ft by 10ft outdoor space.

    No shared booths are allowed at this event. 

    You will need your own tent, tent weights, table, table covering, and chair.

    Insurance/Licensing:

    It is your responsibility to have insurance for your booth and items, as well as the proper food licensing per city, state, etc. 

    A tent is required (the sun can be brutal, if you don't have a tent ask around about sharing / borrowing one!).

    Your tent must have tent weights! 

    Your set-up is yours to decide on, as long as it isn't impeding on others, feel free to get creative!

    Parking:

    Side street parking and nearby paid lots. You will pull up on Church Ave. and unload your car. Volunteers will be there to help you to your location. Once you unload you must move your car and utilize street parking on one of the surrounding city streets. 

    Signage and Advertising:

    Ghost Market will be running paid ads on Instagram in the form of stories, posts, and reels. We will also be distributing physical flyers all over the Cleveland area. 

    Leading up to the event, there will be signs for it posted at and around.

    On the day of the event there will be signs at the surrounding intersections and main roads directing people to the event. 

    Vendor Selection:

    We will collect all of the applications and scheduling information from vendors, map out who can vend and where they will be. After we get this laid out, we will contact everyone who applied and let them know if they are vending and when.

    We will also send emails to those who are not selected and are on the wait list.

    Pitchin' In:

    As always, we encourage making the event a group effort!
    Share the event on your socials and any other platforms you have.

    Please don’t forget about your option to volunteer at events to earn your vendor credits! 

    Some volunteering tasks can be done while vending, but not all.
    We will have flyers you can sign up to receive and hang up or pass out.
