I have read the rules and discussed them with my youth(s). I understand that respectful behaviour and cooperation are expected at all times while participating in Takaya Recreation programs. If my youth(s) misbehave on a continuous basis or display behaviour that compromises the safety, well-being, or enjoyment of others, Takaya Recreation reserves the right to remove them from the program if deemed necessary. I also understand that a parent or guardian must be available for immediate camper pick-up if requested by program staff due to behavioural concerns or other program-related issues.
Waiver and Media Release

I, the parent/guardian of the above-named youth, acknowledge in consideration of the my youth's participation in activities hosted by the Tsleil-Waututh Recreation Program. I, for myself and the youth and our respective heirs, administrators and successors, intending to be legally bound, hereby release and indemnify Tsleil-Waututh Nation's Recreation Program, its officers, directors, employees and volunteers from and against all claims, liabilities, damages or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the youth's participation in any programs. I have read the waiver, and agree to abide by the, as a condition for registering my child.

Failure to sign the waivers will result in the camper being prohibited from participating in the activity.
I understand that I am required to attend the Parent/Guardian Orientation Week from June 22 to June 26 at the TWN Rec Office anytime between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
