    • The deposit is a holding and damage deposit fee payable upon booking.
    • All rentals must have a signed rental agreement prior to the function.
    • All rent AND applicable damage deposit must be paid prior to the function.
    • Deposit is refundable after report from function.
    • All prices are subject to change

    • If I require assistance with set up or sound equipment, I must provide the Facilities Manager with at least ONE WEEK's notice ahead of the event.

    • If my request is received AFTER 5 PM on a weekday, a weekend or statutory holiday, my request will not be reviewed until the next business day.
