    Apply for a Sponsored DropGuard Account

  • DropGuard is a child safety system for childcare settings during morning drop-off. It helps alert parents if a child expected to arrive is not marked as arrived on time.

    Thanks to a generous sponsor, eligible daycares, playgroups, preschools, babysitters and daycamps can apply for a sponsored or subsidized DropGuard account.

    The software can be used on any tablet or internet-connected device. If you do not currently have a device available, a limited number of hardware sponsorships may be available. Please note that on the form. There is also an option to purchase a filtered/locked kiosk-mode tablet, so the device can be used only for DropGuard and cannot otherwise access the internet.

    This form helps us understand your setup, confirm eligibility, and make sure DropGuard can be used properly in your daily routine. It is best suited for childcare settings that plan to use it regularly and have someone who can follow clear setup instructions.

    Sponsored/subsidized access is currently being offered for up to 6 months. After that period, continued sponsorship will be reviewed.

    DropGuard requires a tablet or internet-connected device. A limited number of hardware sponsorships may be available. If hardware is provided through a sponsorship, it remains the property of DropGuard or the sponsor and may need to be returned or reassigned if the daycare/playgroup stops using DropGuard.

    The sponsorship is intended to cover the DropGuard software and, in some cases, hardware. Standard usage is included, but if your daycare/playgroup has high text-message usage, additional carrier/messaging charges may apply.
