    Join us in downtown Dayton this summer and serve thousands of music fans at one of the city’s favorite outdoor concert experiences. From local favorites to national touring artists, Levitt concerts bring big crowds, great energy, and hungry guests!

    Who We Are 

    Levitt Pavilion Dayton is a nonprofit outdoor music venue in downtown Dayton dedicated to building community through free live music and cultural experiences. Part of the national Levitt Foundation network, Levitt Dayton hosts free concerts and events featuring local, regional, and national artists while creating an inclusive, family-friendly gathering space that supports community connection, local businesses, and downtown revitalization.

    What to Expect

    FREE concerts every Thursday, Friday & Saturday
    Standard concert nights average 1,750 attendees
    Amplified Fest events draw approximately double the crowd
    Food vendors are a key part of the concert experience

    $45 — Standard Concert Nights
    $75 — Amplified Fest Nights


    Vendor Availability
    2–3 food vendors selected per standard concert
    4–6 food vendors selected per Amplified Fest event

                • Policies

                • Curation & Confirmation:
                  To ensure a well-rounded and diverse mix of food options, registration does not guarantee placement. Final confirmations will be sent within a week of registration to each event. If a date is oversubscribed, we will work with vendors to offer an alternate date or issue a refund.

                  Licensing, Insurance, & Setup:
                  Vendors must meet all licensing, insurance, and operational requirements. All vendors must be fully self-contained and are responsible for their own setup, breakdown, and cleanup.

                  Vendors must have a valid Montgomery County Public Health food service license temporary or mobile, as applicable and an Ohio vendor’s license for sales tax purposes. Vendors are also required to carry liability insurance listing Levitt Pavilion Dayton and the City of Dayton as additionally insured.

                  No Call / No Show:
                  Vendors who fail to attend without prior notice may be subject to an internal review regarding future participation with Levitt Pavilion Dayton.

                • FAQ

                  Do you provide electricty, water or other utilities? 

                  • To keep things running smoothly, we ask that vendors come fully self contained, able to operate without accces to the venue's power, water or refrigeration. 

                  Can I sell regular drinks or alcohol?

                  • Vendors may not sell or distribute commerically packaged beverages, including water, soda, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages. 

                  What happens if my date is oversubcribed? 

                  • If a date is oversubscribed, we will work with vendors to find an alternate date or issue a refund. 

                  Are concerts rain or shine? 

                  • Yes, concerts are held outdoors and may proceed rain or shine. Vendors should be prepared for varying weather conditions. 

                  What happens if i cannot attened a confirmed date?

                  • If you need to cancel, please give us a advance notice so we can reschuedule you for a future event. Vendors who do not attend without prior notice may be reviewed for future participation. Please note that cendor fees are non-refundable.
