  • Registration:
    The registration fee is $150, which includes meeting materials, snacks and beverages Tuesday and beverages Wednesday, please note that breakfast will be provided for hotel guests. Please register each person individually by September 8th, 2026 or a late fee of $15 may be assessed.

    Invoicing & Payment:
    Payment methods include check or credit card. Please note there is a transaction fee applied to all credit card payments. WSTA will invoice you after the event.

    WSTA has a room block at the Residence Inn for the Per Diem Rate of $110.00 per night. Please use the booking link on your committee page HERE.

      • WSTA Refund/Cancelation Policy

        Registration fee for cancelations made prior to 5 p.m. on Sept., 8th, 2026, either will be refunded or not billed. Refunds for registrations paid with a credit card prior to the meeting and canceled before the registration deadline will be refunded by check (minus the credit card transaction fee). Substitutions are welcome - please notify WSTA staff via email if a substitution is necessary. Prices for events are per person.
