Summit Church Wedding Form: Off-Site Weddings
If you would like one of Summit’s Pastoral Team to perform your ceremony, please answer the following questions.
Have you hired a wedding coordinator or will your venue provide one?

Will you have a musician or singer or play prerecorded tracks during the ceremony?

Does the venue provide a PA and headset microphone for the minister?

What time does the minister need to arrive at the venue?

Please provide on-site directions for parking and ceremony location.

If you do not have a wedding coordinator, our ceremony director will be present. They will walk you through a simple order of the ceremony.
It is customary for the family to provide an honorarium for the minister who presides over the ceremony. It is also the discretion of the family to decide an appropriate way to thank any of the Summit Team involved with the off-site ceremony (i.e., production staff, ceremony assistants, and pre-marital counselor).
