I understand that participation in the workshop involves certain risks, including but not limited to physical injury. I hereby release and discharge Play All Day Kids LLC and Hartford Stitch, their officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action arising out of or in any way connected with my participation in the workshop.
Photography and Videography Consent: I understand Play All Day Kids LLC may take group and individual photos (or videos) of people participating in the activities for use (without identifying information) on the website, in brochures, social media accounts, and other marketing of Play All Day Kids, and I allow Play All Day Kids LLC to do this without any compensation. Play All Day Kids LLC makes every effort not to include photos with identifying information, including faces and names, on social media and websites.
