Complete this form to apply for the 2026 scholarship and share your soccer journey and academic details. Scholarship amount is $500. to former College Soccer ID participants only. Deadline to apply is 6/30/2026.
Eligibility Requirements

Applicants must:

1. Have attended at least one College Soccer ID event.

2. Be an incoming high school senior or college student.

3. Be accepted, enrolled, or verbally committed to a college/university.

4. Submit a completed application, before the deadline.

5. Demonstrate strong character, leadership, and commitment to education.

6. Demonstrate a strong commitment to college soccer.
