VENDOR PROCESS:

1.) Submit the Vendor Application

2.) Wait for Approval Email

3.) Approved vendors will receive a second link to:
- Complete Registration
- Submit Payment
4.) Pastor Approval Email is required before booth space is finalized. *Please notify your Pastor to watch for the approval email.
*NEW FOR 2026: Flat Rate Booth Fees (No % of Sales will be collected at the end of Conference)

BOOTH FEES:
- Single Booth (12'x12') = $200
- Double Booth (12'x24') = $400
- Half Booth (approx 6'x12') = $100
REGISTRATION DATES (2026):
- Mississippi Vendors: Registration opens June 1 at 10:00 AM
- Out-of-State Vendors: Applications may be submitted beginning June 1, but will be held until June 3 for additional approval.
