Booth Requirements:

Registration Requirements – Booth Participation Policy:

Booth registration is limited to extracurricular youth recreation activities such as programs that offer athletics, music, performing/visual arts, character development,
STEM/ STEAM clubs, leadership skills, volunteer opportunities or youth ministry groups.

All booth registrations must be approved by Pumpkin Patch staff. Staff has the right to refuse entry if a vendor product or service does not align with goals of the event.

Retail, direct sales, entertainment or service-industry businesses for youth are not allowed at Rocky's Pumpkin Patch. If that sounds like your business, please consider
becoming a Coon Rapids Business Sponsor instead!

Application Deadline:  Sunday, October 11, 2026

 Booth fee must be included with application.

Only online applications with payment will be accepted.

 

Booth Fee: $50 

If fee is a hardship, contact scott.crcll@gmail.com for assistance.

Organizations that do not meet the extracurricular youth activity criteria may not be eligible for a booth. Groups that do not qualify will receive a full refund. 

** Candy Policy: **

The Pumpkin Patch does NOT supply candy for the event. All participating booths must provide their own candy, swag or other giveaway items for trick-or-treating.

Attendance is subject to change, but past attendance totals are estimated between 2,000-4,000 visitors. Please prepare for large crowds and plan accordingly for giveaways.

All entries will be judged on creativity! 

Booth Decoration Contest: Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place!

Participants are encouraged to decorate booths and offer interactive games and activities. Please consider family-friendly, positive and safe themes appropriate for all ages.

Judges from the Coon Rapids Arts Commission will view booth displays just before the event begins at approximately 9:50-10 a.m. Awards are given for creativity!

CANDY POLICY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT: I have read the candy policy and understand it is the responsibility of our organization to supply ALL candy, prizes, swag or other giveaway items on behalf of our organization for distribution at Rocky’s Pumpkin Patch 2026. I acknowledge that attendance levels for this event are not guaranteed and are subject to change.

I, the undersigned, as an authorized representative and on behalf of the organization named below, have voluntarily agreed to participate in the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation and City of Coon Rapids' Rocky's Pumpkin Patch on Saturday, October 17th, 2026. 

I, the organization and the organization’s participants hereby release and discharge the City of Coon Rapids, and the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation, their agents, employees and officers, from all claims, demands, actions, judgements and executions that may arise from participation in the 2026 Rocky's Pumpkin Patch.  This release includes all claims that I, the organization and the organization’s participants and their heirs, executors, or assigns may have against the City of Coon Rapids and the Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation for all personal injuries and property damage caused by or arising out of participation in the 2026 Rocky's Pumpkin Patch.

I have read this release and understand all of its terms.  On behalf of the organization I have also communicated the terms of this waiver agreement to the organization and the organization’s  participants. The organization agrees to indemnify and defend the City of Coon Rapids and Coon Rapids Community Strength Foundation from any claim or cause of action arising out of the organization’s event participation. On behalf of the organization I voluntarily execute this release.
