Under Oregon law, there is no liability for an injury to or the death of a participant in an agri-tourism activity conducted at this agri-tourism location if the injury or death results from the inherent risks of the agri-tourism activity. Inherent risks of agri-tourism activities are risks of injury inherent to land, equipment and animals, as well as the potential for you to act in a negligent manner that may contribute to your injury or death. You are assuming the risk of participating in this agri-tourism activity.
I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge to Another Spring farm dba, (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson), that:
1. I am actively aware of the risk(s) of participating in a class/activity on a farm and workingaround livestock, which includes goats, cows, chickens, dogs, and any other animal on Another Spring farm (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson) property.
2. I assume all foregoing risk of using Another Spring farms (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson) property, and accept personal responsibility for damages from my use, including, but not limited to injury, disability, or death.
3. I release, waive, and discharge Another Spring farm (Serena Milne and Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson), from any and all liability to me, my heirs, and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses, or damages, related to my use of Another Spring farms (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson), property.
I agree to accept full responsibility for any guest whom I bring to Another Spring Farms, (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson) property, and will defend and indemnify Another Spring Farm, (Serena Milne, Nicklaus Zehrung and Vickie Williamson) against any claim brought by such person.
I have read the above waiver and release, understand that I give up substantial rights by signing it,
and sign it voluntarily.
