  • We’re so excited to offer a space for your little one’s gently loved pieces to find a new home through Mellie Belly Handmade ♡

    Please read through the steps below before submitting your items.

    Step 1: Sign Up as a Consigner
    Complete the consigner registration form to create your account in our system.
    This allows us to track your inventory, sales, and payouts accurately.

    Once approved, you’ll receive:

    • Your unique consigner number
    • Shipping/drop-off instructions
    • Current consignment guidelines
    • Information on payout schedules and fees

      Only approved consigners may submit items for sale.


    Step 2: Prepare Your Items

    All items must be:

    • Clean and freshly washed
    • Free from stains, holes, excessive wear, or strong odors
    • In excellent, ready-to-wear condition

      We reserve the right to decline any items that do not meet shop standards.


    Step 3: Submit Your Inventory
    After approval, you’ll submit your inventory using the form provided in your welcome email. Choose to submit via email or print it and add it to your package.

    Step 4: Ship or Drop Off Your Items
    Once your inventory is approved, you may:

    • Ship your items to us
    • Schedule a local drop-off (if available)

    Each account will be granted ONE free shipping label to send your items to me at MBH HQ. After that first batch, you will be responsible for the cost of the label which will be deducted from your earnings at the end of the consignment period.


    Step 5: Your Items Go Live
    Approved items will be photographed, listed, and added to the website during scheduled launches.

    You’ll be able to shop alongside customers and track your sold inventory.


    Step 6: Get Paid
    Consigner payouts are sent on a scheduled basis after the sale closes.

    Payouts are issued on a 80/20 split. You keep 80% of the profit & MBH retains 20% for the storage, inventorying, marketing, and any other small fees that might arise.

    Payouts are issued as store credit at this time.


    Important Notes
    MBH reserves the right to refuse any item.
    Items not claimed within the designated timeframe may be donated or forfeited.
    By consigning with us, you agree to all current shop policies and procedures.

    Consignment Period
    All items will be loaded on the website and marketed for a term of 90 days. After the 90 day period, you retain the right to have your items shipped back to you at the cost of the shipping label (which you can subtract from earnings) or donate the items. All donated items will be split between Fort Stewart Army Installation families in need.
