I understand that the Kawaii Café Cookie Decorating Experience is a hands-on food decorating activity hosted by House of AUZ Cakes & Treats LLC in collaboration with ABACUS Coffee & Ice Cream.
By registering, I acknowledge and accept responsibility for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or medical conditions related to participation that were not disclosed in advance.
I also understand that this is a supervised beginner-friendly decorating activity and agree that House of AUZ Cakes & Treats LLC and ABACUS Coffee & Ice Cream are not responsible for minor accidents, stains, damaged personal items, or injuries resulting from normal participation in the event.
I acknowledge that participation may involve the use of common food allergens including, but not limited to: Wheat, Dairy ,Eggs, Soy, Food coloring/dyes, Sprinkles and candy toppings. Parents/guardians are responsible for disclosing any food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary concerns prior to participation. While reasonable care will be taken, House of AUZ Cakes & Treats LLC and ABACUS Coffee & Ice Cream cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
