2026 ART EXHIBIT APPLICATION

Exhibit Dates/Times: Friday 9/11 from 5:00pm-8:00pm & Saturday 9/12 from 10:00am-2:00pm
This art show is open to all adult residents living in Ivins and all students grades K-12 attending school in Ivins. The show is open to all art mediums (2D and 3D) and will be displayed in the City Council Chambers at Ivins City Hall.

DETAILS
- Registration is free - only one entry per person.
- Awards will be presented to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners in each of the student categories. There will be two awards in the adult category: Mayor's Choice and Peoples' Choice.
- ART DROP OFF is Thursday, September 10th from 3:00pm - 6:00pm
- All art MUST be picked up by Saturday, September 12th from 2:00pm - 3:00pm

2026 Heritage Days Art Exhibit

Ivins City Arts Commission Participation Permission/Waiver Form

The applicant named below wishes to participate in the 2026 Heritage Days Art Exhibit sponsored by Ivins City Arts Commission. I, the (adult applicant or guardian of the) applicant, give permission to have the applicant’s artwork, name and photo used by Ivins City and/or Ivins City Arts Commission on the City’s and/or the Commission’s websites and in community informational materials to promote the arts in Ivins.

Neither Ivins City nor Ivins City Arts Commission assume liability of work exhibited during the show, however, Ivins City and Ivins City Arts Commission will take reasonable care to protect the artwork while in its custody.

Artwork to be picked up between 2pm and 3pm on Saturday, September 12th. Ivins City Arts Commission may dispose of, or maintain, unclaimed submissions as they determine best.

I/we understand that artwork selected to be exhibited is at the sole discretion of Ivins City Arts Commission.

In consideration of Ivins City Arts Commission acceptance of entry, we hereby voluntarily and knowingly for ourselves, our heirs, successors and assigns, waive and release and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ivins City, Ivins City Arts Commission, their agents and employees or anyone acting in cooperation with them on the art exhibit, from all liability, harm accidents, personal injury or property damage suffered by the participating student or the artwork, and/or arising out of, or in any way connect with participating in the Ivins City 2026 Heritage Days Art Exhibit.
